Lente

Vandaag had ik zin om een lentekaartje te maken. Het was heerlijk weer buiten, beetje fris maar lekker zonnetje. En ik wilde aan de slag met de FlowerSoft die ik op de beurs gekocht had.

Today I felt like making a Springcard. Weather outside was lovely, a little chilly but the sun was really nice. I wanted to make a start with the FlowerSoft I bought at the cardfair.

Een ivoorkleurige linnenkaartstock dubbelgevouwen. De randjes heb ik distressed met vintage photo.
Daarop een papiertje van Papermania. Ook de vlaggetjes komen van dezelfde serie (spring has sprung)
Een randje van Studiolight geponst met Martha Stewart. Verder versiert met een paar zijden bloemetjes en pareltakjes en een hangertje met zomerse bloemetjes dat ik nog had liggen.

I folded an ivorycolor cardstock and distressed the sides with vintage photo ink.
On top of that I put a paper from Papermania. The flags are also from the same series (spring has sprung)
A border from a Studiolight paper with my Martha Stewart punch. And I decorated the card with some silk flowers, pearltwigs and a little beatthingie with flowers I found in my drawers.

Deze keer heb ik ook de binnenkant van de kaart aangekleed. Ook weer met een papiertje van Papermania uit dezelfde serie. Daarop nog een sentiment geplakt en 2 bloemetjes maar dat staat niet helemaal op de foto.

This time I also decorated the inside of the card with Papermania paper from the same series.
On top of that a sentiment en 2 flowers but that doesn't show on the photo.

Tilda is gestempeld op aquarelpapier, helaas iets te grof papier waardoor vooral de huidskleur niet heel mooi is geworden. Ze is ingekleurd met potlood en twinkling. De bloemenkransen heb ik gemaakt met FlowerSoft de Summer versie. Ik heb met een druppelmarker regendruppeltjes gemaakt om haar heen maar die zijn op de foto niet zichtbaar.

I stamped Tilda on watercolorpaper , unfortunately it was a little to rough.. that's why the skintone isn't quite what it's supposed to be. I colored her with my watercolorpencils and twinkling paint. The flowergarland is made with FlowerSoft in the Summercolor. With a dropmarker I made some raindrops but unfortunately that doesn't show in the photo.
